Bio:
Dr. Mohammed Shalaby, MD, Anesthesia & Critical Care Dr. Shalaby is a Consultant in Critical Care, Adult Extracorporeal Life Support program Lead at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Abu Dhabi.
He is Assistant Professor in Anesthesia and Intensive Care, Mansoura University of Egypt, where he received his master degree and PhD.
He has been working in Saudi Arabia for more than 14 years as an
Intensive Care Consultant and is considered one of the pioneers of
Extracorporeal Life Support program there.
He has 9 years of experience in VV and VA ECMO support for severe ARDS, catastrophic PE, Septic Shock, and E-CPR and interfacility ECMO transportation.
